Meet Our Team
Samuel Lyles
Samuel Lyles was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas along with his 6 brothers and sisters. He attended Texas A&M University where he studied at the May’s Business School. Some highlights include:
Graduating Baylor Law School with honors.
Achieving highest grade in: Criminal Law, Sentencing, Property Law, Separation of Church and State, and Comparative Systems of Justice.
Prosecuting numerous crimes including DWIs, Assaults, Possession of Drugs, Sexual Assaults, and Murder.
Never lost a felony trial as leading counsel.
Assisted humanitarian and war efforts in Ukraine through his Backroads Foundation nonprofit.
Samuel now uses his hard-earned experience as a leading prosecutor on the other side of the court room, providing his clients with the best defense possible.
Jonathan Geserick
Jonathan was born in Chicago, but grew up in the Fort Worth area. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and studied Computer Science. After college, Jonathan worked as a Software Engineer for several years. During that time, he went to night school at the University of Dallas to obtain an MBA.
Obtained an MBA from the University of Dallas while working as a software engineer.
Decided to “put up or shut up” on his 30th birthday by pursuing a law career.
Attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
Became a Registered Patent Attorney after passing United States Patent and Trademark Office’s bar exam.
Serves at the Krairos Prison Ministry at the Briscoe Unit.
Volunteers San Antonio Rodeo on the Calf Scramble committee.
With experience in a variety of roles spanning everywhere from the board rooms of the private sector to the cellblocks of prison, Jonathan uses his vast experience to provide a tireless expense for his clients.
